If it’s your first time visiting El Nido and PPS, we highly recommend The Palawan Explorer. Everything is set from van transfers to accommodation and tours. Sir Ryan is very transparent with the breakdown of expenses throughout the whole trip in Palawan. We really enjoyed the tours especially in El Nido. Our tour guide, Kuya Lito, for Tours A, B and C really took good care of us since we’re not swimmers. He’s very hands on with our group and we appreciate it a lot. There may have been hiccups during our stay in El Nido due to power outages and our accommodation (Mam Olson) didn’t have generator but they helped us book and transfer to another place which we truly appreciate. So, if you plan to stay long in El Nido, please make sure that there’s a generator in your accommodation. For our tour, there were fees that are not covered in the tour package (kayak fees, entrances in some beaches and in Matinloc Shrine) so please bring extra cash during the tours. Snorkeling gear and waterproof cases for phone is a must. You must also try the foods and resto in El Nido. We ate twice in Kitchen Biryani and had coffee thrice in Kopi & Bake. Please ask some recos from Sir Ryan as he had the best taste in food. All in all, we really had a great time and a lot of adventures in El Nido. As for our PPS trip, we also enjoyed our Honda Bay tour which is also part of Sir Ryan’s itinerary. We fed some fish in Luli Island (best place for snorkeling) and had some swim time in Cowrie Island. Puerto Princesa Underground River and Mangrove tour is a must. We’re all in awe at its beauty and i think we really helped in the livelihood of the community. Again, ask for some food and coffee recos from Sir Ryan. We tried Kinabuchs and Gold Cup coffee during our stay in PPS. We had an awesome vacation in Palawan and it was because of our very responsive and thoughtful organizer. Thanks again Sir Ryan!
